LAUGHTER YOGA anyway? 

     LAUGHTER YOGA is a little bit of PLAY mixed with LAUGHTER 

that provides you with an amazing AEROBIC workout. 

And why LAUGH for the health of it?

     If you would like to release physical and emotional tensions and experience a feeling of joyfulness, which can last for days, regardless of the negative influences around you...

...why not give LAUGHTER YOGA a try!?!

Everyone knows laughter is the best 

medicine and is good for our health.

              Laughter relieves physical tension and stress!  

Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting anitboies, thus improving your resistance to disease. 

Science has proven that the body cannot differentiate between simulated or real laughter and 

it doesn't matter if our laughter is a result of 

being entertained - or not!

     LAUGHTER YOGA is the only technique that allows you to achieve sustained hearty laughter without involving cognitive thought.

Natural laughter is not enough to provide significant health benefits as it is conditional

and comes for a few seconds here and there.

     In order to get the scientifically proven benefits of laughter, one must laugh for 15 to 20 minutes and laughter should be hearty and loud and experienced on a regular basis.  

LAUGHTER YOGA is an aerobic physical exercise,                           not a mental process.

In the practice of Laughter Yoga, laughter is initiated with laughter exercises.

There are four steps of Laughter Yoga:

CLAPPING + BREATHING + PLAYFULNESS +

 LAUGHTER EXERCISES 

This unique aerobic exercise routine combines 

unconditional laughter with yogic breathing.

     Anyone can laugh standing, seated or laying down, young or old, without relying on humour, jokes or comedy.
