Everyone knows laughter is the best medicine and is good for our health.

Science has proven that the body cannot differentiate 

between simulated or real laughter and it doesn't matter if 

our laughter is a result of being entertained - or not!


In order to get the scientifically proven benefits of laughter,

one must laugh for 15 to 20 minutes 

and laughter should be hearty and loud.


 Natural laughter is not enough to provide significant health benefits as it 

is conditional and comes for a few seconds here and there.


LAUGHTER YOGA is the only technique 

that allows you to achieve sustained hearty laughter 

without involving cognitive thought.


LAUGHTER YOGA is an aerobic physical exercise and not a mental process.


In the practice of Laughter Yoga, 

laughter is initiated with laughter exercises.


There are four steps of Laughter Yoga –

CLAPPING, BREATHING, PLAYFULNESS & LAUGHTER EXERCISES 


This unique aerobic exercise routine combines 

unconditional laughter with yogic breathing.


Anyone can laugh standing, seated or laying down,
